That’s why we’re now looking for a Junior Recruiter to strengthen our Talent team and focus on hiring for our Business & Operations roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Actively sourcing candidates for roles in Business & Operations (Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Support, Operations, and more);
- Using various sourcing channels and approaches: LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other creative methods;
- Working with our ATS (Teamtailor), analytical dashboards, and automation tools;
- Closely collaborating with hiring managers to deeply understand candidate profiles and business needs;
- Helping to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies;
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ months of experience in recruitment (or if you're a strong sourcer aiming to transition into a full-cycle recruiter role —t — let’s talk! 😉);
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with hiring managers;
- Proven experience in active sourcing, creatively engaging candidates, and building long-term relationships;
- English proficiency at a strong B2 level or higher, with no communication barriers;
- A proactive, result-driven mindset.
