We are currently looking for a proactive Talent Researcher.
If you know how to boost Reply and Interested Rates even when all sourcing pools are exhausted, we’re looking for you! 😉What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, from Boolean/X-ray search to parsing profiles on GitHub;
- Building strong collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to implement a comprehensive candidate search strategy;
- Creating and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates and developing a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
- Managing hiring metrics and reporting on progress;
- Continuously improving sourcing processes and exploring new tools to achieve optimal results;
- Enhancing the overall candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 6 months of experience as a sourcer or recruiter;
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to quickly identify relevant candidate profiles;
- Analytical mindset and eagerness to work with data, spreadsheets, and reports;
- Copywriting skills to craft outreach messages that candidates can’t ignore;
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- A creative, result-driven approach.
