What you’ll own

• Hunt down top talent using every sourcing method you know (and some you’ll invent).
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design bold search strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates across markets.
• Track sourcing metrics and turn data into impact.
• Experiment with tools, automate processes, and push sourcing to the next level.
• Craft messages that candidates can’t ignore — turning cold outreach into real conversations.

You’re a great fit if you have

• 1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Strong research skills and the ability to uncover hidden talent.
• Analytical mindset and love for metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Copywriting skills that make candidates want to answer you.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a results-driven approach.
