Your zones of responsibility:
— full recruiting cycle from kick-off meeting to pre-boarding of candidates;
— work with ATS (Teamtailor), analytical dashboards, automation tools;
— active search for candidates for Product & Tech roles using various channels;
— cooperation with hiring managers, building and adjusting the search strategy;
— guidance and mentorship sessions for new hiring managers;
— creating a positive candidate experience;
— active development of the employer's brand.
What you need to join us:
— at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience (from creating a search strategy to accepting an offer);— experience in active sourcing, creative attraction of new candidates and establishing long-term relationships;
— excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with hiring managers;
— English - strong Intermediate and above;
— deep understanding of the market, current trends in hiring and candidate search;
— ability to achieve goals while maintaining high quality of performance.
