Your zones of responsibility:
β full recruiting cycle from kick-off meeting to pre-boarding of candidates;
β work with ATS (Teamtailor), analytical dashboards, automation tools;
β active search for candidates for Product & Tech roles using various channels;
β cooperation with hiring managers, building and adjusting the search strategy;
β guidance and mentorship sessions for new hiring managers;
β creating a positive candidate experience;
β active development of the employer's brand.
What you need to join us:
β at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience (from creating a search strategy to accepting an offer);
β experience in active sourcing, creative attraction of new candidates and establishing long-term relationships;
β excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with hiring managers;
β English - strong Intermediate and above;
β deep understanding of the market, current trends in hiring and candidate search;
β ability to achieve goals while maintaining high quality of performance.
