Currently, we are currently looking for a proactive and driven Junior Operational Analytics Specialist to dive into Solidgate's internal processes for Chargeback Prevention.

Your tasks will be:

• connecting, testing, and monitoring the operation of chargeback prevention services;
• work with the database;
• active interaction with other teams: Analytics, Sales, and Account Management;
• processing analytical requests from our clients.

What you need to join us:

• you are studying in a field related to analytics/programming/math;
• you know SQL and Excel at an advanced level;
• have advanced analytical skills and a willingness to solve problems;
• know how to build effective communication;
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher;

Will be an advantage:

• you have experience with Tableau and databases.
