We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Connectivity team and enhance our payment applications.

Payment Form and Payment Page are the key touchpoints for customers and the starting point of the payment process. The quality of these system components directly impacts the success of our partners' businesses.

Your Zones of Responsibilities:

• Iterative improvements to customer-facing payment applications with millions of users daily
• Support of the back office for the team's microservices (eCommerce integrations, etc.)
• L3 support of customer requests within the team's scope and enhancing processes at L1-L2 levels

What Challenges Await You?

• Developing a new major version of the public API for the frontend
• Integrating additional payment methods into the Payment Form (e.g., Klarna)
• Designing e-commerce platform integrations (currently working on Shopify)
  

• React.js
• TypeScript (always strict)
• gRPC (Connect RPC) + generated API clients
• Monorepository (Nx, pnpm, Vite)
• React Query, React Hook Form
• Design System (Storybook, Atomic Design, Design Tokens)

• Designing (UML/ADR/RFC), documenting, and developing new features using TS/React
• Writing unit and integration tests to improve code coverage
• Monitoring and enhancing the overall functionality of the product
• Conducting code reviews
• Contributing to development culture and sharing knowledge within the Frontend Guild

What You Need to Join Us:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with TS/React
• Deep understanding of browser internals, networking, and experience writing code outside of frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of SOLID, GRASP principles and understanding of System Design
• Experience in automated testing (Unit/Integration/E2E)
• Proactiveness and the ability to take ownership

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Security, Observability, and Public API
• Strong knowledge of React and its ecosystem
• Understanding of frontend beyond web applications (mobile, smart TV)
• Ability to learn quickly
