We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to grow our teams, build scalable HR processes, and take our culture to the next level.

What you’ll be doing

• Full ownership of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, learning & development, engagement & retention, offboarding
• Partnering with managers and teams to strengthen culture and boost performance
• Driving communication around HR policies, procedures, and processes
• Building HR analytics and shaping the people strategy of your business unit.

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of experience in an HR role
• A love for Google Spreadsheets and working with data & metrics
• Hands-on approach to building HR processes (from idea to execution)
• Responsibility, focus, and a drive to make things happen
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Perfectionism — you like things in order, no chaos
• English level B2+.
