Here are the qualities we're seeking in the perfect candidate:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in top-tier fintech/paytech companies (EU/US regions) in sales/business development role.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
- Analytical Thinking: A knack for analytical thinking.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing shifting workloads effectively.
- Committed to continuous learning and taking pride in your work.
What you'll do as an Enterprise Sales Executive:
- Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and pain points in their payment processing and monetization. Tailor the best value proposition for each client to boost revenue or reduce costs.
- Product Promotion: Engage prospective clients about Solidgate products, including payment Gateway, Chargeback prevention, Antifraud, Subscriptions, and more.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise the compliance process and technical integration of clients with the Solidgate platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor client target metrics after launching in production, ensuring their success and identifying opportunities for improvement.
