What You'll Do?

- Own full-cycle recruitment for business roles (from sourcing to offer)

- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver results fast

- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical positions

- Craft outreach strategies that make top candidates want to talk to us

- Push for continuous improvements in how we hire – smarter, faster, better

- Represent Solidgate as an ambassador of our brand and culture

What We Are Looking For?

- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting (preferably in fast-growth tech companies)

- A proven track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets

- Outstanding sourcing skills – you know how to find and engage candidates everywhere

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- A growth mindset: you don’t just follow processes, you challenge and improve them

- Advanced English
