Now, we’re scaling our team and looking for a bold, hands-on Learning & Development Manager to build the L&D function almost from the ground up. Strategy, tools, implementation — it’s your playground.

📍 Location: Kyiv only

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and launch a full-scale L&D strategy from scratch
• Build internal processes and select the right tools to scale learning
• Organize top-tier learning events with external experts
• Run training initiatives for both tech and non-tech teams
• Develop our internal knowledge base and grow learning communities
• Embed AI-driven solutions into our learning journey
• Partner with leadership to identify real-time development needs.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in L&D or related areas (People Development, Education, etc.)
• Solid understanding of modern learning approaches and tools (LMS, interactive platforms)
• Passion for AI and how it transforms learning & workflows
• Experience running training events or educational programs
• Strong communication and implementation skills
• English level — B1+.

Nice to have:

• Proven experience launching L&D processes from the ground up
• Facilitation or coaching skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in learning.
