Join us as a System Analyst in the Finance Engineering team, which is responsible for a backend-driven financial system — managing commission calculations, exchange rates, balances, and other financial operations across our platform.

The development and optimization of this system are crucial: as a fintech product, we must ensure 100% accuracy in calculations and full control over funds. Improving this functionality will help our existing clients scale faster and increase transaction volume.

Your Area of Responsibility:

• design and implement best practices into the business analysis process across the team;
• produce business and functional requirements, as well as input into technical requirements;
• produce effective and ground-based requirements to accelerate the development process;
• work closely with the engineers inside the scrum team to achieve desired results;
• perform competitor analysis;
• highlight, report, and handle project risks & issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a System Analyst or 4 years as a Business Analyst;
• English level B2+;
• Proficiency in UML diagrams and business process modelling;
• Detailed understanding of SDLC;
• Technical knowledge: APIs, microservices, streams, etc.;
• A track record of complex project implementation;
• Practical experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, as well as writing and managing the life cycle of technical documentation;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with DB and SQL.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce;
• BA certificate.
