Join us as a Technical Product Manager in our Platform Stream. You'll work closely with the stream's senior engineering manager and own the roadmap for three teams: UI Platform, Data Platform, and Backend Platform. The Platform Stream builds foundational components that power the Solidgate product. These components are used both by our clients and internal teams to develop product-specific features.

You’ll be responsible for:

• The entire stream 😎 — you'll need to plan and align the work of 3 teams, collaborating with 3 Tech Leads and 15 engineers;
• Discovery: gather input and feedback → facilitate brainstorming → structure ideas;
• Execution:  delivering projects and features that drive the product forward;
• Reducing time-to-market and accelerating the launch of new features.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager;  
• Proven experience in building IT products;
• Experience in team management;
• A technical degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, System Analysis, or similar;
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on business goals;
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• An understanding of microservice architecture and design patterns;
• Hands-on experience with databases and SQL;
• Knowledge of DDD;
• Experience working with analytical systems.
