About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious, and impact-driven Recruiter to join our team. This is not just about filling roles — it’s about bringing in the people who will define the future of Solidgate. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership, shaping our teams with top-tier talent and ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience from the first hello to the signed offer.

Your zones of responsibility:

— full recruiting cycle from kick-off meeting to pre-boarding of candidates;
— work with ATS (Teamtailor), analytical dashboards, automation tools;
— active search for candidates for Product & Tech roles using various channels;
— cooperation with hiring managers, building and adjusting the search strategy;
— guidance and mentorship sessions for new hiring managers;
— creating a positive candidate experience;
— active development of the employer’s brand.

What you need to join us:

— 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (from creating a search strategy to accepting an offer);
— experience in active sourcing, creative attraction of new candidates, and establishing long-term relationships;
— excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with hiring managers;
— English: Upper-Intermediate and above;
— deep understanding of the market, current trends in hiring and candidate search;
— ability to achieve goals while maintaining a high quality of performance.
