What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the partner, not the vendor. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, becoming their go-to person in payments.
- Drive growth. Unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping clients increase revenue while expanding Solidgate’s footprint.
- Deliver value. Understand client needs and provide the right product solutions — from tailored demos to strategic recommendations.
- Spot opportunities. Research markets, analyze industries, and surface new business growth paths for clients.
- Collaborate across Solidgate. Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure clients get the best experience possible.
- Keep the pulse. Track and report client performance metrics, providing insights that guide decisions both internally and externally.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial experience in account management, business development, or sales in B2B products.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+) — you’ll be talking to global decision-makers daily.
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling.
