As we continue to scale our Reporting team, we’re looking for an Financial reporting specialist to take ownership of key processes in management accounting, financial reporting, and ERP system optimization.
What you’ll be doing
- driving local reporting for legal entities operating in foreign jurisdictions;
managing accounting processes in the company’s accounting ERP; - preparing information and documentation for external stakeholders (banks, management, auditors, etc.);
- coordinating annual audits and partnering with BIG-4 auditors;
- configuring and improving the company’s accounting ERP to enhance functionality and efficiency.
What you’ll need
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Audit, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience with accounting ERP in commercial projects;
- hands-on experience with accounting ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, BAS ERP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- strong knowledge of IFRS, with the ability to interpret financial information and reports;
- understanding of tax compliance requirements in the EU, USA, India, UAE, and beyond;
- advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex functions, data analysis);
- solid understanding of transactions, banking operations, and payment instruments;
- strong analytical and structured thinking, with problem-solving ability;
- high attention to detail, systematic approach, and strong ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level;
- experience in reporting for international or IT companies;
- financial qualifications in progress (ACCA, CFA, CIMA);
- hands-on experience working with the company’s accounting ERP in the IT sector.
