We’re looking for an SMM Manager to strengthen Solidgate’s communications team. We're on the lookout for a creative, energetic, and motivated individual who will play a key role in building a strong employer brand.

Your responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the content strategy for Instagram @solidgate_tech
- Creating content in collaboration with the PR manager and designer, including copywriting, video scripts, and posting
- Evaluating the effectiveness of SMM activities and regularly reporting on results
- Continuously researching trends and adapting them to fit the brand, generating viral content, and analyzing audience response
- Closely collaborating with the team to identify topics and insights

What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in SMM and content creation
- Strong writing skills with a clear and structured style
- Excellent command of Ukrainian and at least Intermediate+ level of English
- Understanding of SMM tools and content formats
- Curiosity about trends and a passion for analysis

It’s a big plus if you:
- Have experience shooting and editing Reels (or want to grow in that direction)
- Know your way around Meta Ads
- Understand basic marketing concepts and performance metrics
- Have worked with SMM for an IT product before
