Our Fraud & Chargeback Prevention service is rapidly growing and is one of the largest Visa and Mastercard partners in this niche globally. That’s why we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager (PPC-focused) to build the marketing function from scratch and drive the distribution of our service for the SMB segment.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze and test hypotheses: conduct market research and study the needs of SMB clients in combating chargebacks, testing methods to attract new clients.
- Lead generation: launch and manage PPC, Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing, and other channels.
- Content marketing: develop a content strategy, collaborate with copywriters and designers to create materials addressing the pain points of SMB clients.
- Analytics and optimization: monitor key metrics (CPL, CAC, LTV, ROI) and improve marketing campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team: work together on lead magnets, scripts, and other marketing materials.

We’d love it if you are:
- A natural leader.
- Experienced in marketing for at least 4 years.
- Highly skilled in PPC.
- Knowledgeable in content marketing and SEO.
- Fluent in English at B2+ level or higher.
- Analytical and have strong project management skills.
- Able to explain complex things in simple terms.
- Problem-solving oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
A plus:
- Experience in Customer Development.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
- Experience working with Capterra (or similar platforms).
