Tasks you will work on:
- supporting and monitoring office network equipment, access control systems, and network monitoring;
- managing office equipment inventory and employees' work devices;
- overseeing employee access permissions and corporate licenses;
- configuring software on work devices and providing technical support to employees;
- offering technical assistance for corporate events: event recording, online broadcasting, microphone and camera setup, etc.;
- ensuring uninterrupted operation of network equipment and office technology (UPS, Starlink, etc.)l
- managing corporate software licenses and access to corporate portals;
- administering Google Workspace and Gmail;
- setting up and maintain technical tools for conference calls (video/audio).
What you need to join us:
- at least 1 year of commercial experience as a HelpDesk Engineer;
- strong communication, organizational, and punctuality skills;
- experience with MacOS, Unix (Linux), and Windows WorkstationsOS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, updates);
- networking experience (RouterOS, VLAN management, IPsec, DNS, etc.);
- experience with Google Workspace Administration, Gmail, Microsoft Office 365, and Jira/Confluence Administration.
